Innovasic is our latest addition.  Innovasic produces innovative ASIC’s for a variety of applications.  They have four product groups, the Industrial Communication products for Industrial Ethernet Protocols group, the MILES product group for cloning EOL chips with support for life of product, a our line of previously developed ASIC’s including cloned chips which are pin compatible with the original chips, and our full ASIC design group.  The Industrial Ethernet products allow customers to develop their own custom interface for their existing product.  The MILES products are actually clones of the original chip without reverse engineering, and in such a way to avoid patent infringement.
